Pluto has entered the sign of Capricorn for a long, long transit which will not be completed until the 2020's. As with the previous signs, Pluto will be making transforming changes. Changes in the sign of Capricorn have to do with government (notice the beginnings), large corporations, taxes, and structure. Globally we are seeing this happening already as well as in our own country. Things will never be the same. These changes are made and will require a strong hand to bring about the rising of the Phoenix from the ashes. That is what Pluto represents. In the past, when Pluto transited Sag, we experienced religious wars and scandals with religions, i.e. the Taliban, Al Queda. When Pluto transited Scorpio, we saw the sexual revolution. The sexual culture has been transfomed. AIDS was discovered along with a number of other STD's. This time Pluto has taken the weakest areas and created chaos.
